PWNA - Who authorized this?

I will tonight when I get in. Busy busy right now but I did want to say something. Seems that this is a never ending thing with them!

I think it's finally over Russ, if contractors and Pwna leaders do not open there eyes this time and truly address this problem I don't think contractors will tolerate it.

Millions of dollars in damages could exist ?

Plus clear definition and guidelines from org need written. UAmCc and Pwna

I got an txtl from Ron a few hrs ago on this thread. I will respond to the naming of names ( Ie UAMCC BOD ) My take is Robert H. has attached an old document without editing. He has taken a liberty and attached the UAMCC logo and BOD and as representing himself as the Environmental Representative for both ORGs. To my recollection this may have started in Houston at the Houston Environmental enforcement seminar. I think Ron M, Doug R, Eric F, Robert H, Michael H, Chris C, Roger L and I cant remember who else. But we had lunch at Dave and Busters. Robert approached me about his continued work on BMP. At that time I agreed to him "working" on an issue with the enforcement person from Dickinson and Eric F, and we were making headway in getting a workable solution for surface cleaning that was outside of Houston's jurisdiction. I think Robert H, went ahead and assumed he was the spokesman for the UAMCC. And in assuming this he attached the logo and BOD to give his program credibility. I do recall being ask to endorse the BMP, but that was only in casual conversation. This would have had to have board approval. And at this time Russ S wasnt on the BOD, he had come and gone several months earlier. So his name doesnt fit the timeline. So that should sum it up from my end. As I can only address this issue. As for all the other issues Tony S has brought up I had no idea this was going on, as my arena is KEC and that is where I focus.

Is that what the members Want?
Can/Will the UAMCC send letters to every city in the country stating that the person sending out this stuff is in fact NOT representing the UAMCC, is not the founder and is not in any way affiliated with the UAMCC in any way?

I think that this would be a good start and maybe possible legal action will be required to stop this nonsense and MIS-REPRESENTATION. Public records around the country should be posted on about this and what is happening.

I highlighted a text in Tony's comment about the who is listed as a UAMCC BOD......that is what I was referring to with my "interesting" comment.

I am sure Russ would find it both interesting and surprising to see his name listed on this document.

Russ Launched the Entire ENViro Program 2009 in AL, it will be interesting to hear how he Feels about the Program now and the turn it has taken. Basically against the principles of his practice's and the colleagues in his industry.

Lets allow the industry to Express there concerns

Here is one of the email threads sent to Nevada regulators.

After asking the regulators repeatedly to answer the 34 leading questions that make us look like polluters (including a direct reference to my son's youtube page as an example of a polluter) the Nevada regulator responds with the following sending him a link to our simple, easy to follow BMPs:

To Which Robert responds with another barrage of the same questions:

After Which he attaches a complete copy of the PWNA BMPs for them to consider instead (I wont post that here, except for the last page)

REMEMBER: WE WILL NOT SHOP THE BMPS and also note THE USE OF THE UAMCC LOGO with full knowledge he was removed from his position at the UAMCC. Also, notice the UAMCC BOD listed:

My next post will show how the PWNA goes about butchering a good BMP.

Ron, At that time there was some talk about being on the same page with the two Orgs UAMCC and PWNA. Eric Clark from PWNA was in Houston at one of the meetings, I do remember that. Because you were pushing his buttons about being on PWNA BOD. But I dont think there was anything official, I just dont remember. I think Robert was pushing for everyone ( UAMCC, PWNA ) to partner on his BMP. At that time the UAMCC was trying to recover from being in debt and move forward at the same time. There was a lot of drama going on and it made you weary from all of it. I just dont remember all the details, just bits and pieces.

I think it should be brought up to all the members to see what direction they want to go with as for dealing with what is/was happening behind their backs.

There are several things that should be done about this, not sure if the BOD should just let members know what is going on and take the ball and run with it or let everyone know what is going on and put some options out there to vote on. Not sure how this stuff works.

I was at that meeting Eric Clark was at. I remember the PWNA wanting Ron to "assist" Robert on the Enviro Chair, I do not remember a BOD position for Ron ever being in the mix. I do remember Ron saying he did not want to be on the BOD at that time, and that he could not in way serve with Robert as he and Robert do not agree on Environmental Issues as they pertain to Pressure Washing.

Michael, I also remember you calling me one Saturday in March of 2011 shortly after that meeting in Houston, and asking me what I though about the UAMCC endorsing Roberts BMP's. You stated that you did not want to endorse them but also felt pressure because that if you didn't, you felt Robert or Michael would pull the plug on the UAMCC. I thought the BOD made a decision at that time to endorse them.

Below is the link to the UAMCC thread where you announce the UAMCC was endorsing Roberts BMP's.

That doesn't change the fact that he was asked to step down from that position and using it now is fraud.

I was talking in general Tony. I can't remember half the things anymore

We did vote to endorse at the time to help the Houston contractors. Shortly after that, we found out that the BMP was being shopped to others, when we told they would not be.
I talked to Ron numerous times when this was going on and he knew my stance on this. We thought we were helping. In hind sight, that was not the case and for that I'm sorry.

After the BMP was being shopped, we asked Robert to step down.

From what I get is the Issue of Robert being the Director for Enviro and the adopting the BMP program is a Separate issue.
