Need help

Hi, I'm Kathy O. from Greenville, SC. Last week I had a power washer company power wash my gutters, front porch, sidewalk and driveway. A couple of hours after power washing, I examined the ceiling of my front porch and noticed yellow streaks over the whole ceiling and trim board. The ceiling and trim board is white vinyl. I believe the power washing team used a bleach solution. How do I get the yellow stains out?? Please advise.

Shiny Blinds . . . they clean windows, blinds, power wash gutters, driveways, etc. Everything they did was great except for the yellow streaks on the ceiling of our front porch.

Kathy, are they not willing to tell you what happened or to fix the issue?

Without seeing it. I could only assume that it was due to improper rinsing sometimes the solution will get up under the soffits when washing and it will sit up there even after rinsing the first time. If the chem doesn't all get washed away it will tend to follow the rivets in the soffit and leave those lines. You could probably give them a call and ask them to come rinse it down, or possibly just spray it down with a garden hose to see if it washes it away. Hope this helps
