As for the owner selling the collected information to a competitor, he would be shooting himself in the foot and loose all of his customers if he were to do that.

As for a monthly subscription and people retaining their own information, I haven't found a company yet that doesn't sell a repeat or subscription based service that is a great company. Heck, we all do it ourselves with our companies. This is the way they stay in business and are able to have a good customer service and an expanding and growing product that will further aid their consumers.

I'm not worried about the info. I don't use anyone who hosts my info except proprietary stuff I buy from apple. Cause really I own it but they have no Interest in giving it to someone else. They sell it!!

My data base will never be in someone else's hands ever.

No sense in talking about it, greed always will be looked over by anyone preaching riches.

Josh is aware if this blog, spoke with him last night he finally reached out.

I believe he's a good guy and he is honest. Lets hope he chimes in sometime and when he's ready will open the flood gates. He's not ready yet!!

I'm not sure where you're getting that I haven't used it? I have it on my iPad and my iPhone but, to be honest, I haven't got to play around with it as much as i want to but I will. Setting up our new office and a bunch of our PM's calling for commercial jobs all at one time and trying to juggle that is priority. We're going to be implementing it ASAP and actually had a meeting with my guys on how we and they will be using it.

Oh I plan on sending a guy out timing how many we can do in x amount of hours. Someone who is good with other apps. Time will tell

We will probably market it first to select neighborhoods and collect data when we are slow or the guys are in between jobs. We probably won't be heavily utilizing it till we get a decent size data base set up.

One of the things they have is a card Thanking the customer for letting us clean their house. My guys will be implementing this first then send out post cards telling their neighbors we cleaned their house.
 
Has anyone had any success with this as of yet? People get a little paranoid when they call and ask for a bid to clean their driveway. I ask for their address so I can pull it up on google earth or get a street view of it if I happen to be sitting in front of my computer when they call.

From what I have read so far this app doesn't sound like something I'm willing to even download.

Im not sure why you think I would make something like this up. I reported here weeks ago I was getting a hundred an hour, others here are reporting even more than that.

Thats the place you get all the real info on the product, not speculation.. Its made up mostly of people that are actually using the product now.

Hmm. I had 2 of our daughters do door hangers in a neighborhood that had 150 homes. and it took about 1 1/2. So I guess for out area the numbers some are getting is unrealistic. Maybe once guys in the Midwest start using it we can get a better idea of what is realistic for here.

Why would you Give free Webinars to the General Public if its only Open to Exclusive members and Not Available to all?

You Blocked me from the Place is why, Plus you said your representing them and Answering question Here. I mean you Hits are around 5000, so why as a business owner not answer the questions where the customers are. I Suppose thats why your Here.
 
App opens to the general public in one week or so. + there are 750 or so WCRA / PWRA members that have access to the app now.

I suggested it as maybe an opportunity to end some of the speculation.

It is common in most fb groups to have a rule where the moderator of the group must not be blocked by the members. As I mentioned to you before, I would be happy to add you in, you just need to unblock me.

5,000 views is quite different than 5,000 hits.. Likely its the same 5,000 people that have viewed it 10 times..

You have Customers Right here that Want Street Bidder, some are just not going to pay 349 bucks to see early version. Especially when they call and no one calls Back, I get he is a One man show and respect finally Talking with him after three weeks And explained he's just not ready beyond the small group he is with now. WCRA & PWRA

I'm sure some here will pay 349 as they have in the last couple of Weeks to See it. Your Welcome to Catch as Many guys who want to Join your Dist Org of buyers. Thats what PWI does Brings the Latest Innovative Things to the Members. So Enjoy the ability to resource 1000's here as long as you behave.

Chris I will never Un-block you but lets not go there, if the Place is Street Bidders resource then any consumer wanting the product should be available to See it. Really your just casing New members for the Dist org. Which is Fine..


Here I'll say it for you " If you JOIN WCRA or PWRA my Distributor owned Operated and run org I will allow you to Have Street Bidder now without the Wait" But you have to Pay me First!!!!!


Its Cool you have these Exclusive things for People and some are Great others Just Hype. Street Bidder is just hype now because your not Getting any real world people Outside or group Sharing which is really not good for the APP in the Long run. My opinion is the person only Benefitting is just you.

Some Might say I'm upset PWI or UAMCC members can't get it? No not because I know in commercial theres a More effective way to do this than Street Bidder. This Post card will not get into the hands or anyone who Makes a call in the type of customers I Solicit. Second as stated in above Posts no one is getting a Partial List of my customers. I wouldn't use this if it was Tony Shelton who was the guy who invented it. I know Tony wouldn't share the Info but how am I to control the people who buy him Out. Josh will be Bought out, I already know POSt Ca_d M_nia has had a Similar product on the trial to compete with Send a Card who is nothing Like Street Bidder. There is alway competition waiting in the wings....

Patient is all thats needed, some will Join WCRA & PWRA and get the App. I do not detour anyone from Joining your Distributorship, we have mutual Friends who have Bought into your Benefits like I have your who have decided to follow the UAMCC in the past Months.

Seriously i have asked if you have any involvement at all with Street bidder, your said no your not handling anything other than the Testing through the PWRA & WCRA. This Means no mailing and no funds received after the initial release. Of course this is all your business and private, but you willing said you had nothing to do with Street bidder from operational Stand point.Its record and its here!!!


So I'll choose to wait for the UAMCC members as well as PWI members to get he product. A month two months isn't going to kill anyone.

Will Keep Talking about it here, will talk about for the first time in IOWA because we have a Technology Hour Planned and I'm sure street bidder will come up. So you will be getting some calls after or possibly during the show. I do not keep useful things from people because I cant make money, never have never will. This is what Separates you and I......

Most see it and realize it. Others are just worked up by your Marketing ability to make people think they are getting good deals. I didn't say your not a Good hype guy on your own Products, you do well selling people into the Costco mentality buyers Group you run. Again there is nothing wrong with it, you have some good Stuff. Stick with it, I'm sure you will be around in years to come. New Guys are coming into the industry Each Day, you have plenty to sign up.
