First off, not sure if this is really a relivant question due to not really being pressure wash related but.... Have any of you had experience with using topcoat resurfacing products to restore spalling concrete? I've been asked to repair a large area of sidewalk on a commercial property. I've been looking into Masterbuilders product for topcoat resurfacing, forgot the exact name/model number, 300i or something. Wondering about longevity of the product or similar products in freeze/thaw cycles and use of anti-ice salts that cause the spalling in the first place. Was planning on doing a full surface clean before restoration and application of siloxane sealer after full cure.
