there is a restaurant by me with some really dark rust stains. it pretty much covers 90 % of the curbing in and out. I spoke to the manager and she mentioned how the owner is looking to have one company come in and do it all, than a regular maintenance program, Incuding the kitchen hoods. I know i can sell this with a demo. I know around me guys are using snowcap. It looks like baking soda to me.
