Does anyone use white vinager to neutrilize the wood? If so how would you mix it. Percentage with water.

I have used it for back up, costly otherwise...

Mixed at 1 to 1 and added 1 cup at a time for a stronger mix..

Not practical but good for doing samples or a small project like a door. There is industrial grade vinager out there.

Vinegar wipes would be nice to carry in your pocket like baby wipes so you wouldn't get "caustic hand" like this:

It would be stinky. I keep it on the truck for emergencies. If you ever get SH in your sock, put vinegar on it to neutralize it. It takes away the slippery effect too. It would be better to change your sock, of course.
