Some before and after sealing of deck. After pictures aren't so good because of shadows from trees. This deck is one we had been taking care of since it was new about 10 years ago. The homeowner tried it last year and it had Behr on it. Removed that and all the designs in it from the "washing/restoration" that he did. Needless to say they won't be doing it again! Great customers though and really appreciative of what we do now.
