711 Gas Station Pressure Cleaning Contract

I put out bids to pressure clean several 711 stores in my area almost a month ago. Got the call this morning that they are signing me up and will start cleaning them tomorrow night, great start to my labor day morning!

Same here Tony, they are in dire need of a good cleaning! I love doing commercial work so Im hoping once I am all done corporate will sign up for even more

NICE!!! Get before's and after's... they are deal closers!
 
The franchise here has roughly 325 stores state wide, but they make their employees clean the side walks with buckets of soap, brushes and water hose. Talked to them several times, they won't pay for it and if the manager has it done they pay for it
 
I went straight to the source, the owner, and he owns a bunch of stores on my coast.

Try that over the phone. Up until 3 years ago I sold yellow page and yellowpages.com advertising from Detroit to the entire midwest. And did pretty well. Like redbox to blockbuster, google shut us down... So I moved to the oil & gas - recession proof - 4th largest city in the world off the gulf, where the humidity ensures me an unlimited amount of potential clients!!!
 
Met with the owner of 711 this morning who flew in from Dallas today. Really nice and cool guy. He explains he is putting me to the test tonight to see how well I do and if he likes my services he has 196 stores in our county that could be mine if he is satisfied with the results. So, After the meeting on my way home I am HYPED! ready to get r done lol Phone rings and sell a residential tile roof cleaning job, 15 minutes later right before I am about to get off the interstate phone rings again from a HOA manager who got a referral from another Management company I work for in the same development, and she wants me to bid on 4 - 2 story tile condo roofs, exteriors, carports, and parking lots to roads. Plus, 32 - duplex tile roofs, exteriors, driveways, and walkways - Now that's a good day!

It went really good, I ended up going above and beyond the call of duty to really impress him when he does his inspections in the morning. I have my fingers crossed!
 
I ended up not getting back home till 5 and was up at 9 to hit the residential cleanings.....and I JUST GOT HOME!! Thank god for energy drinks lol
