Man that's AWESOME!! Down right inspiring... Go get'em!
Most communities down here are managed by HOA management companies or better known as the property managers. They take care of everything from hiring the lawn care to pressure washing, the homeowners just pay big bucks each month to sit on a board to agree when they want it done, or whats goin on within the community. They have a say but it comes down to what the PM does because they handle the bills
Just curious. What good does it do to go through the HOA? Does the HOA do the hiring? Where I live the home owner is responsible and when the HOA sends out letter I can get more jobs, but I have never had an HOA award house wash jobs. Condos are different since they can most of the time be responsible for the exterior.
Stay inspired and get out there buddy...there is a ton of cleanings out there
