I think this could go a long way. Kris, you should start a petition among the UAMCC members calling for Ron and Tony's immediate resignation.

Please do.

And yet no outrage from either of you regarding PWNA committee members going to a state they don't work in, providing false information to the authorities there and offering to hire themselves out to rewrite the BMPs.

Negotiating an ad deal in a way considered "not nice" is far worse in your eyes I guess.

Priceless.

Actually been considering that since this all went down yesterday. Wish someone that was stronger would lead this, and though two very strong people have come forward I don't think they are donating members. What we really need is a BOD member that will speak out against this and not be afraid for what is right.

they are all too beat down by Ron and his nincompoops to step up and play the man in this. What do you need someone "stronger" for? Someone needs to circulate a petition to the members of the UAMCC, because Ron's nonsense needs to be stopped from the top, if he won't stop on his own. You should do it.

Never mind the articles. It's been proven that Ron understood he needed to provide a writen contract between the Uamcc and eClean and he didn't. Then he said he did. If he can't follow thru on the basic idea of a business contract why would you expect articles or anymore from him or the uamcc?

What magazine have you ever advertised in ever told you "make up a contract and we will place your ad"?

Find me one. Then come back and chat.

not the same, and you know it. The magazine said "we'll provide you with advertising and space to run the content you write, and you'll provide us with advertising... provided that you agree to all of that on paper." Too bad Ron was obviously too busy to write the content he agreed to provide, or the produce the contract he agreed to produce. What a shady dude. And then to lie, bully and berate the company who did NOTHING wrong to him? It shows serious SERIOUS flaws in his character.

Now Tony is bluffing, because he's scared. This would be a good time to pull a Ton Evans and just disappear from this thread, Mr. Shelton.

I'm bluffing? How? I'm asking YOU to do something YOU claim needs to be done and I'm the one bluffing? lol. Funny.

You are in for a rude awakening.

The UAMCC is not the PWNA. It is full of strong members. Kris is the only weak link. For now.

Yet, here you are sticking your nose in my CITY where I work. You had no business here talking with regulators about BMP's. So please stay out of my city and away from my local regulators. The last thing I want is for you to talk with them. Guess now I'll have to set up a meeting with them. Wonder if their remember you. Oh and just so everyone knows I was not made aware (even though I work here) of Tony's trip here. Had I known I would have spoken up sooner about it.

7) I made a month and a half long trip last summer to the following cities:

Reno, NV,
Spokane, WA,
Seattle, WA,
Portland, OR
Eugene, OR
Eureka, CA
San Francisco, CA
Sacramento, CA
San Mateo, CA
Oakland, CA
Alameda, CA
Berkeley, CA
Fairfield, CA
Fremont, CA
San Jose, CA
Santa Cruz, CA
Monterrey, CA
Carmel, CA
Santa Maria, CA
Santa Barbara, CA
Santa Monica, CA
Los Angeles, CA
Anaheim, CA
San Bernardino, CA
Encinatas, CA
And San Diego, CA

As the co-chair of the Environmental Committee (at the time) for the UAMCC I took it upon myself to make that trip in an attempt to try to determine fact from fiction regarding the horror stories (lies) told by Jim Gamble regarding the atmosphere for contractors in the state of California and the Northwest. The only way to do that was to stop at as many places as I could and ask questions about their BMPs and what the level of enforcement and interpretation really was.

I don't need to find you anything, Tony. How would the way one magazine does business have any bearing on this situation?

The fact is Ron agreed that he (the uamcc) would supply eClean with a written agreement. Ron failed to do so, and them lied, saying he did.

The way other magazines are operated does not change the facts: Ron lied.

Try this, next time you do a window bid at a house, tell the homeowner you will do it when they draft a proposal and send you a contract. Meanwhile, send me a check.

Let's see how far that goes.

Were you in business in 2012?

Igor and many other contractors were perfectly aware of my trip and what I was doing. I posted it online and stated my purpose was a fact finding mission.

That is a far cry from berating officials and demanding over and over again that they answer two pages of baiting questions then offering to change the BMps.

I picked up knowledge on that trip to help contractors like you. And that is exactly what I did when you called and asked.

This wasn't a one sided situation. Uamcc was going to add banners and promote eClean as well, after the Uamcc provided a business contract. Both parties were supposed to benefit, and it was agreed that the uamcc would supply the contract. But, that never happened.

How do you know the facts? Have you seen them in writing? lol.

You are not keeping up. Ron apologized. Something a real man knows how to do.

Where are men on the other side who hate Ron so much?

I know, they are making gay porn photoshops.

Yes I was in Business in 2012. Igor is in San Diego which San Bernardino is not apart of. So what if any contractors did you contact when coming to San Bernardino? Or did you think because it was okay to come to San diego then it was okay to come to San Bernardino?
