Yes replace tips....especially if they banged up...if it were me I'd go ahead and change the bar too
 
That looks like the first one I bought 12 years ago from northern tool. I put wheels on it. I resurrected it a couple years ago and it still works fine. I replace the spray bar with a brass t fitting and brass pipe nibbles. Works great. It is time to replace the nipples and I might use steel nipples

Ill go ahead and do the whole bar, Is there a 4 holed bar? That would be sweet I thought I read about that here. I have never used a Higher GPM so I don't know what is a good walking pace for this machine. I feel like im moving too slow. Im averaging about 1.5 hours for a drive that is 20x70 or in that ball park.

I am running 5.5 and works great. now of course the amount of time it takes you to do 1400 sq feet depends on quite a few different things, but I was told that 1500 sq feet an hour is acceptable.
 
Looks just like mine. Is that a BE? Mine drug when I used for GPM also. If you switch to 8 GPM, that thing will store. If it is a BE you can only get a 3 bar replacement instead of 4 though. I got mine from Russ Johnson it only cost about 50 bucks. Definitely sped up the process, but not worth getting until you get more GPM.

Thanks. It might be BE . there are no stickers on it. For 25 bucks . Who cares.

When my brother left my blue 20" surface cleaner from northern tool outside for 2 straight years the swivel bar cracked. The complete unit (swivel, bar and tips) was $80. Runs like a champ. I'm just not sure what tips are in it or what tips should be. 200 ft of hose, 3000 psi @ 4gpm. 1 bar 2 tips. Any recommendations?

Mine drug when I used 4 GPM also.

If you switch to 8 GPM, that thing will soar.
