It was October 3 when I called Joe Walters insurance to find out why my premiums had increased. Well today I called because I had not heard from them. She said let me check my files maybe we have received something and I have not seen it. She explained to me how these things take time. She could not understand why I didn't understand what's taking so long.
I tried to explain to her if someone call me wanting a price on a job and I make them wait for two weeks more than likely I would not have the job. I also explained to her that I thought I was doing business with Joe Walters but apparently I'm doing business with someone I do not know. Maybe I'm being unreasonable but I certainly don't understand this
 
Just got off the phone and learned that they are using the name Joe Walters but its a new company.......Amy does not write Ins.....She is Market Director and not there.......Guess I will try elsewhere for Insurance..
 
I was thinking of getting some quotes from him but I guess I will stay were I am at.
 
Me too. But all I have ask of them until now was to fax a certificate. They handle that pretty well

Yes...and I hope it's all I ever need. Can't tell you how many deals that that has helped me to close. Sorry to hear about your increase....but for me it would take more than that to make me change.
