YOu House Washer are only at a Job 45 minutes, I run Direct with about 8 units with a Very Small Buffer Tank. I have gotten Away from Carrying Weight and Destroying Brakes Trany's and Running up 35,000 fuel bills.

I realize you guys NEED those MONSTER GOOSE NECK Trailers weighing in at 14,000 LBS

Make sure to Every Customer you got that you Brag about the machine Costing 200,000 and that it costs a ton to Run this Puppy, as a matter of Fact you tell them its Outrageous & cost So Much you do not know how you stay in business.

Make sure you have Four Back ups you pull around with your Two Guy crews with the other Guy watching as the other one Works. Heck bring a 3rd Guy to watch the second guy Watch the first guy wash.

When and If you run out of water the First guy can then Watch the second and Third guy stand around doing nothing also.

If they don't have a wand or surface cleaner in their hand why would you need another person. I have never understood a helper they are either a worker or dead weight.

6 or a 7.5 because a Commercial Hose Bib wont pull more than 7.5 in most cases and I never want Down time. I run 4 hours and sometimes 6 without stopping. If we Stop its short breaks not hours.

But again these are horizontal Surfaces and Larger Volume is not always better. Again I see this Washing Exterior Structures, I have a 10 GPM cold Diesel unit for larger Building washes. Like a 600,000 Square foot building. I still wouldn't use more than 6 to 8 for a Cost Co. For a tiny 6000 Sq building 6 is fine with no Down Time. Most of the time on a Smaller building my PW just spreads Soap. Hoses Wash the building. They run Cheaper and more Effective.

Most times for me I could use a GOOD hose guy. But profitability always outways aggravation and a hose can be very aggravating sometimes.

My tanks are not even full yet at that weight.

GPM is great for certain jobs, or even certain portions of jobs. I often switch from low gpm to high gpm volumes to complete jobs and get them done in proper time.

High GPM means more fuel in the engine and a lot more diesel in the burner, its not always ideal or cost effective to run on all jobs.

Ralph again a Industry Lost, customers Cant Find Good guys to service them. They Turn to Wet foot because he travels to get the job done. Its required for him to carry all that Crap because he will never know what he is up against. He would never last in PHX with that washing wal-marts. Well he might last just not as profitable as someone Leaner.

Larger is needed in some Instances.

I can't argue theres a Time Larger equipment is needed. Not in what I do, its not officiate and wasteful.

again you pulled up in my neighborhood to wash my home with that I just don't think I would like it.

So i do not see much Use others than if you Wet Foot traveling and you want the security of being Self Contained
