LOL, I don't know who you are talking to AC, but it isn't me. I have known you for YEARS. In fact, I am probably one of the few people in the industry today that knows all about you.
I know your Father too, as well as several of your ex Mallard/Terra Clean Employees.
Back when you owned Terra Clean, long before I brought you to this Industry, I sent you several huge commercial leads. Funny, you took leads from me back then (and sent me some too), knowing full well I had just gotten out of Jail for sending my ex girlfriend a box of candy and a birthday card (a violation of a restraining order).

In fact, you knew all about my less then perfect past when this picture was taken, one reason it was "decided", back when the RCIA was going to "become an ORG", that you should lead it, because you were "Squeaky Clean".
In fact, the original RCIA Incorporation Papers you filed here in Florida have your name on them, and not mine, because you felt it would better hide my less then perfect past.

So, quit your lying AC, or I will post the Florida RCIA Incorporation Papers you filed, showing all this to be true!

What a piece of work you truly are. When it benefited you, you accepted sales leads from me for your 2 failed roof cleaning companies (Mallard and Terra Clean), then joined me, at the RCIA.

But now, I am a "bad guy", for simply voicing my opinions on what I consider to be some of the questionable things you sell.

Unable to "shut my opinions up", or convincingly defend yours, you grasp at straws, desperate to "save face".

Thanks so much for sending me that "warning", with threats to "call my probation officer" (Sorry, but I no longer have one).

Now, everyone can clearly see, what you are really all about.

Wow. Glad I been on the sidelines. LOL Whatever happened to the K.I.S.S. principle. I remember when I started cleaning roofs from the RCIA forum. Started out with an older half ton pickup, bought my ladders off Craig's List, bought my equipment from Lori back then, used two 55 gallon drums, for about $600.00 and started cleaning roofs. Outside of the truck which I already owned, I started for less then $1,000.00 and still today I use the same basic system, though I went from the 5850 to the Fatboy pump, bought a reel. Developed a runoff system from the downspouts etc. Sometimes cover with plastic. I have lost a few plants over the last 4 seasons due to ladder or hose, never from mix. Just have a ground person who waters. Today we focus on wood cedar roof cleaning which tend to be in the higher end communities with a lot of plants and landscaping. We have done about 150 cedar roofs a season and haven't lost one plant or had any issues with landscaping from mix. The months of July and August were in the high 90's and many days over 100 degrees. Last year was even hotter and drier. This is not to say that some products are not useful, just saying I haven't had the need to use them. Other then what I read on the forum and talking to a few people I never had any form of roof cleaning training. I just don't understand what everyone gets so defensive about within this industry. Roof cleaning isn't rocket science. My advice to anyone starting out is to start out small and on a budget. The real concern in this industry should be your branding and educating the home owner to the benefits of your service. Cleaning a roof isn't the real concern to have or the biggest and best, nice fancy truck etc.. Because even with all that if you don't have branding of your service and cannot close the deal your out of business. The money isn't in the equipment, it is in the marketing, closing the deal. Educating the home owner to your service. There are three things people want to know: 1.) What you do. 2.) Who you are. 3.) What's in it for them. Their not buying your equipment, your truck, etc. They are buying you. So what's my point. I see this arguing and debating, which serves no purpose to anyone. When I'd like to see more of a discussion on how to build our branding/service in this industry which is still unknown to many home owners, at least roof cleaning that is. I have had no less than 4 other cleaners start up in my location and they are all gone now. They all went broke. Our service is roof cleaning only, not exterior cleaning, though I have cleaned a deck for a roof cleaning customer or done a house wash, but we market roof cleaning. There is plenty of work if you have the branding and marketing in place. This back and forth stuff is bad for the industry and the personal attacks are not healthy. Been there done that! Products that can improve are fine and if someone wants them great, if they don't great. If you are truly a roof cleaner you know what you need and you know what you need to do. My interest is how to put money in my pocket, not take it out of my pocket. Waiting for the industry to focus on educating the home owner which puts money in my pocket. That's what these forums and networking should be focusing on. Just my two cents. Back to the sidelines.IMG_0078.JPG
