2 Stepping

Hey guys, I am looking for some suggestions on the most cost effective(cheapest) way to 2 step without dropping big money into an expensive 2 step system. If any of you guys have any pics of your setups that would be great too. Right now im just downstreaming chemical and brushing. I know some say there is no true brushless system, but id like to minimize the brushing if its possible. If this is something that is discussed often and I was too lazy to search, flame away! :)

Here is a pic of my simple but easy 2 step system.

1 drum of soap and a 15 of acid with a PVC 3 way ball valve.

Your correct. I ds both acid and soap with a variable hi lo nozzle then to high pressure to rinse. I have found this to be the most efficient way thanks to Paul K. Paul is starting to build some system with a valve at the gun similar to the bio clean system.

I get the hi/lo from Paul in 5.5 for my machine.

That's really exciting if Paul has something like that in the works.

I have a few systems out there for the last year or so and have been real happy with the way they work. Simple and effective as well as not overly bulky. More than likely I will be rolling it out in the spring and at the UAMCC convention February in Houston.

Mike over at Largo is a great guy and he has several nice ways of 2 stepping just as the bio keen unit.Lots of ways to get them clean one must just decide which way is best for them.
