I am posting this in websites because eventually the pics I take are going to end up on my website!

All the pics of my work have been taken on my razr HD. It is a pretty good camera , but I would like to start producing better pics and videos for an upcoming project.
Can you guys share what type camera you are using to document your work. This includes video cameras too. I am going to start taking video also.

1 main thing your going to want is a camera that shoots 1920x1080 HD video.

This is the camera I have: http://www.hhgregg.com/samsung-14-2...long-zoom-and-built-in-wi-fi/item/WB250FBPWUS

I didn't want to drop a bunch of money on a camera but wanted something that shot hd videos and took good pictures. After some looking around that's what I came home with. 18x zoom is actually pretty nice and pictures and videos are clear

That's a nice one, right in the range I want to spend too. I can't see where it shoots video though. I like the wireless for uploads.

Oh I see the video. Yep that looks good to me!

After 8mp it really doesn't matter. The human I really can't tell the difference. I think the biggest issue (especially in cost) would be whether or not you want a waterproof camera!
More megapixels can help when editing a pic. If you have a great pic of the front of a home from a distance but you want to enlarge and crop just a section of the siding for a up close pic you will loose some quality with a lower megapixel camera.

Very true. Always set your camera at the highest/largest picture setting possible.
