I Order a 12" SC, But What I Got Is A Helicopter

I know some people put 5 -10lb weights directly over the swivel of BE Whirlaways to help keep them from flying. Believe these are 17-19" though so not sure if that would be enough weight for a 12" depending on the flow/PSI you are pushing out of it.

I have two 20" Whirlaways and the don't fly. But they have three swivel bars.
 
We turn the throttle down on the engine about half throttle or change tips.
