We just completed a homeowners association couple weeks ago with 28 tile roofs, Club house Roof & Exterior, exterior of homes, driveways, sidewalks and community wall.
We soft washed the tile roofs and exteriros to remove all black mold and green algae, then handled pressure cleaning the flat work of the property.
Well while we were working on this property, I received a call from a HOA that was interested in having their white tiles roof cleaned and restored back to original color. So I went and met with the board members and educated them on the soft wash method of roof cleaning.
The board members decided to take a trip to the development we were working on to check out our work. They ended up running into the president on her walk and she gave us an excellent recommendation! They were so impressed with the cleanliness of the community the new HOA signed me up on the spot for their 38 white tile roof cleanings and flat work!
