Dry Climate washing

There are a few of us on this board that very rarely see any algae or mold while washing.
On a house or building wash with no green, just dirt and dust.
Does using SH have any cleaning benefits? Or is it just wasted money?
What would your house or building wash mix be if you had no algae?

We're in the green Pacific Northwest and can't remember not using SH. But no, it's not a cleaner. However, it is a good brightener.

Ted, We are in two different worlds here. I honestly cant remember the last time it rained here. I never have to look at the weather reports. I'm sure rain might be close to a daily occurrence near portland.

I just normally get by with using low pressure and sometimes hot water. If it's really bad then I'll go out and buy SH, whatever I don't use I just return it. It's been in the 70s and 80s here for the last 3 weeks. I don't think we're going to see winter here this year at all Chris.

We need it bad. One of the lakes near bye was at 10% capacity last I heard.

Looks like we got 3 inches last year.
