Thought it would be a good idea to share each other's video and see how everyone is getting their message across.

If you have a video please share let us know of any tips and tricks that you think that makes a video more effective.

Here's our first Elk Grove Pressure Washing video that we just created yesterday.

I'm pretty new at this but one tip I can share is add captions and pop ups to your youtube videos

The video is cool, I like the lens used on the live footage, what was that? I would eliminate the before and after pics and any other pics and stick to live video only. I personally believe they are more effective but I am no expert.

I will post several of the ones we have done over the last several years. Some were used on television, some were for the e-marketing.

Please Look at Share on your Facebook pages and I will do the same for your videos.

I think it depends on what you are going for and who your intended audience is.

I think 30 seconds is a pretty good target to set, try to convey your message as clearly as possible in that time frame and you will not lose the interest of your customer.

Take Tony's video....it had 3,400 views but I didn't make it through more than 10 seconds before I "x'd" out of it... the song killed it for me and the still shots turn me off. However, I am not interested in or looking to hire a company to clean coils, had I been, I would have been more engaged and likely watched until the end. I liked how he put "Price at the End"...that was VERY SMART and I will copy that.

Longer videos are cool if it is an informational video, but remember that most consumers have a short attention span so you have a limited time to engage them.
