I'd rather have choices. Never been a buffet fan, nor will I ever step foot into a McDonalds.

Tons of entertainment within a half mile walking distance or cab rides to get to the next casino?
Entertainment for sure.

Quaint meeting rooms with amenities or cathedral rooms with echoes?

Can't wait for this one. It's going to be such a fun event!
 
I like the economical options too, perhaps staying downtown while we learn and socialize. I haven't been to Vegas in a long time and will try to attend this one.
