Hood Cleaning Contracts

I have been cleaning hoods for a couple of years now. We started out with only a few family owned local places so a hand shake and verbal agreement is all we did. Now we are doing work for Mcdonalds and Sonic. So I need a contract. I want to make all of my locations sign a contract or I will refuse to work for them. Due to the risk that I am exposing my company to. Does anyone have a rough draft or an outline of what should be in a hood cleaning contract?

We don't clean hoods or I would send you one. thanks jneilson for stepping up and helping him out! Also make sure to have a disclaimer/ terms of conditions on the back of your contract that is very detailed. This can save your butt if something goes bad (And I don't mean if you destroy the place)

Hey Trevor we do a lot of sonics where I live, what do you charge them?

Sonics are such a pain in the a**, no room to work stink'n lowbrow and those spark arrested filters that weigh 50lbs+ a piece! don't even get me started on having to move half the kitchen equipment out of the way to perform the service.

Hey Brian because of the public nature of the forum I won't post prices. To protect my interests and my clients. But I have found that many companies are tired of unprofessional company's cleaning their hoods. Those that send the line up type of guys to do their work. So if you do quality work and give them what they ask for you should be able to charge what you need to be profitable. Thanks again to John for the sample contract!
