Most comfortable Harness?

Looks like we are getting more buildings we may have to use fall protection harnesses on due to some new regs. It might be easier just to have the guys wear them all the time.

Can anybody give me some input on comfortable harnesses?

The guys are squatting a lot, bending over a lot, squeezing into tight spaces and they don't need a lot of junk hanging off of them to trip them up.

We have a lot of tradeoffs with all the squatting, for example, we can't wear steel toed boots.

Heat is also an issue.

Any experiences with comfortable harnesses that are also cool in a hot climate?

It doesn't matter how much they cost. It's worth paying more if the guys are comfortable working in them.

Petzl harnesses. That is all we use for roof cleaning. Super comfortable.
