Can anyone identify what is causing this building to look bad? I think the base at ground level is granite, and my test spot came out great on that. But the rest of the building looks like small pink pebbles set in portland cement. It has a whitish haze to it. I have a guess as to what the haze is but I wanted to see what you all come up with. I'm not talking about the mildew coming off the drain in the first photo. Also, if you don't know what it is, how would you go about testing it?
