The Bigger Jobs Are Coming More Frequently

We are off to our best start ever due to some bigger commercial jobs finally coming our way. Starting off with a large St Augustine Beach 3-story condo complex including all concrete and detached garages (pic 1), a 300,000+ s.f. roof cleaning project in Palm Coast (pic 2), started the St Augustine parking garage today cleaning the entire exterior of four levels (pic 3), and another Palm Coast condo complex (returning for additional work) and St Aug condo complex will begin right after we complete the parking garage and 20 houses. Dealing with the thousand or so people coming into and leaving the parking garage today was quite a chore so I hired a second ground guy to manage the cones and tape up certain closed areas.

I'll take one of those jobs off your hands.
Wouldn't want your stress levels to get too high

Thats awesome David, congrats! Is that the normal way your wrap your hose that I am seeing on the gate of the trailer?

Haha. No, my employee brought in a third hose as water supply is far away. He hadn't hooked it up yet and just hung it over the trailer while we were moving to our starting point.

I hope that goes really good for you. May I ask how big is your crew?

I have two full time guys and one part time ground guy. The ground guy helps on the jobs where a lift is used. He is staying busy this week handling cones and barricades to control the crowd around the parking garage. Tomorrow, I am bringing a second ground guy in to help control car traffic while we take up a lane on one side of the garage.

Nice job man, congrats.
