Washed this house today:

Oh, and I'm going back tuesday to do all the concrete!

Either that or he just got full from lunch and decided to call it a day.
 
shoot, I've gotten tips but never $100, that's one hell of a tip there!
 
If they called you back for more work, you have just gained a client for life as long as you keep your quality. Also the neighbors will be next. Also with a house like that more than likely they are business owners get them to write you a review letter.
 
She liked the way the house and concrete came out, I got her on a roof cleaning too!
 
That is pretty sweet. I particularly like the beverage selection.
