Electronic component help

Can anyone help me identify what this electronic component is? It broke off the controller board of my lift.

It has two leads coming off the bottom. And is about the size of a pencil eraser.

Looks to me like a standard 33 HFK 6G5. lol.

Sorry Tony, I don't have a clue. Does it still run?

It will only work from ground controls without it.

The leads broke off so there are only stubs left. I'd go ahead and just solder on extensions to the stubs, but without knowing what it is I don't know if I have to take precautions with the heat.

New board is over $600. I'd hate to have to buy one when that is the only problem.

Take it to a local electronics repair shop (TV Radio...) I bet they can fix it pretty cheap.

How about just calling a lift mechanic?

They won't touch it at board level. I have already replaced at least 6 components on this board myself in the past. I just don't know what this is.

There is an app called google goggles, if you have that app on your phone, you take a picture/scan it and google will tell you all about it, I would give that a try.

It is used for power control. You will probably be able to find it at Radio Shack.
