Bidding a job of cleaning concrete walls with a lift. How many sq ft do you think I can Clean Per Hour....safely with 1 person?

dirt and mold.....should clean easy with hot water.......never calculated how much one man could wand per hr.....

How how do you have to go up? Operating of the lift and moving and getting into place will play into it. Also, trying to determine how much wand work is needed will play into it. In other words, will every square inch have to be cleaned using high pressure, or can low pressure and light rinsing over it do the job. Trees, plants, property protection all play a role into figuring jobs like this.

This is walls no detergent, hot water, and light rinse......140,000 sq ft.....Guess I need to let my guy practice and time him.....Thx

Speaking on Brick. I'm quoting a brick building with soot from fire damage. I was wondering if EBC or B9 would do the trick or any other cleaning advice?
Michael Kreisle downstreamed Straight F13 on brick with great results. He said they turned out better on Soot/smoke damage then the other choices. Obviously EBC and B9 have other uses that they are superior at.

I have to bid a brick building this week, What is a popular mix.
.
We prefer downstreaming, but when doing bad shaped brick/stucco where we struggle getting a hot enough mix we like X-jetting straight SH/surfactant or 3:1 SH/surfactant. With no proportioner in the X jet

We did a job similar to this, wall cleaning no detergents, 2500-3000 sq ft an hour with an 8 GPM machine. Hope you guys are faster than us but that was our speed.

Im figuring about 4-5k per hour.....1 gun.......8-10 with 2 guns..... 4-5 days to complete 140,000 sq ft 8 hr shift

I hope so Gene, I know most people prefer 2 gunning while using lifts so there is always someone cleaning even during lift adjustments!
