Getting a lot of nozzle clogging

Daniel, we can get you a high pressure filter to go in line with your surface cleaner. Call me.

I have high pressure filters on 2 wands, with so much scale in the coils these can easily fill up in a day or 2. How hard is the water you are using for washing?
Go look up hard water buildup
Benjamin, what's your descaling process?

For me descaling will be a little easier as my burner is a separate unit from my pressure washer. I have quick connects rights before the flow switch so I just disconnect the pressure wash pump and put another pump to suck from a bucket. Put a hose on the exit to the same bucket and make sure the pump is sitting an inch off the bottom. Let the descaler circulate for a couple hours and then connect everything back up and flush out the burner with fresh water for 10 mins with nothing on the end of the hose. Hard water with lots of heat will cause the buildup to happen to quicker. I run a lot of wet steam jobs in the winter and do a lot of steaming of heavy equipment all year around.

My bigger burner has more issues as it can make more heat, my smaller burner doesn't make enough heat to have had issues yet.

This really should be a preventive maintenance thing as a clogged coil will stop you mid job if it gets too bad.
