Work Boots

I am a muck boot fan, too. They get warmish in Arizona, but they last, and my feet stay dry.

I wear Merrell shoes (waterproof) and a pair of tingley shoe covers.... i remember reading about the muck boots on here before.. maybe its time to revisit.

Which ones? How well do they hold up?

Shoes for crews Bullfrog boots. Comfortable, slip resistant, and cheap.

+100 These are the lightest pair of rubber boots I have ever used, they grab surfaces great, don't slip and the best part........fit very comfortable for my size 11eeee feet no problem.

The only downside is that they only last me about 3 or 4 months so I have to keep buying them but I am a big guy so for most other regular size guys they should last a lot longer.

They even come with a little tool to clean out the grooves in the soles when you get dirt or rocks stuck in them.

Muck boots for me as well. Probably the most comfortable boot I've ever worn for work. Bet part is that my feet are always dry now. I Love them.

I only use the steel toes because it is a site requirement on many sites that I go on.

I used to be able to wear what ever boots, but since I am now in them 6-7 days a week my feet are not so forgiving.

Those who wear sandals pressure washing are asking for trouble. I have only accidentally run over the foot with the pressure up once and it wrecked a $200 high end set of boots that were a week old. Sandals I would have been off my feet for a bit and maybe a toe or 2 less. Its your choice, your feet, just understand the risks.
