Work Boots

There is plenty of room in the bullfrogs for inserts, orthodics, spongy inserts, etc.....

Ralph did you say planter fascistis flare up i have had several shots in the heel over the last several months can you put insoles in the bullfrogs.I wear muck boots but they don't seem to support it much.
I have $50 insoles in there didn't do much good. I folded a sock and put it under the insole to support my arch and it helped a bit. I think it will heal like that. Just hurts after standing on my feet all day. Then in the morning.

Merrill all the way. Soft, waterproof, ez lace system and great rubber soles for many different application's.
K2, solamon have my next vote.

Something else about Bullfrogs last year during the hot summer I left a pair laying in the direct sun in the back of the truck for like 3 days and they shrunk 2-3 sizes. I had to order a new pair they no longer fit. Maybe it was a fluke but I won't be doing that again. I do love mine so light and easy to get on and off.

Had a pair of the bullfrogs once. Never again. Most uncomfortable boot I ever owned. They are very light but after wearing for a few hours felt like I was walking bare foot.

Red Wings. All my years in oilfield, these are the best. Get the water proof nylon uppers. Expensive, yes. Heavey steel toes, yes. Comfortable, none better.

Ive used these boots climbing rigs, harsh chemicals, grease, oil, you name the abuse and I've put them through their paces.

(edit) I forgot to add. If you work in the cold, these will keep you warm. A little hot in the summer, but not bad.

I keep my bullfrogs on the trailer under the hot water rig but we have been moving things around on the trailer so they were in the front where the sun was directly on them and when I put them on yesterday, they were like a couple sizes smaller.

I don't think my feet have grown and I had to wear them as I did not have any other rubber boots with me at the site so I finally got them on and they fit tight for the day, I will call them and see if they will do something, if not then this is my last pair.

I used to work out a lot years ago and have huge calves so regular rubber boots cut off circulation to my calves so I used to cut the boots off a few inches above the ankles so that I could wear them and it looks like I am back to doing that again.

If you do not know it, Home Depot sells rubber boots from size 9 to 12 in the concrete department and they last longer than the regular rubber boots that I have bought from WM, Academy and a couple other places and are under $20.
