Bleach it then wand it.

Use your surface cleaner to get as much as possible, about 95%+ of the concrete. Wand the remaining edges and vertical sides then rinse everything. Downstream a coat of SH to kill all the embedded mildew and brighten. Collect check for clean sidewalk.

I guess I'm a little bit taken aback for someone to ask about simple concrete cleaning.....SH ( Chlorine bleach ) kills mold. Surface cleaner removes dirt... ( its always worse in shady areas and properties that face North --- for other obvious reasons )
What seems like simple to one is not always the case for everyone though regardless of what it is. We all start out not knowing anything and this is the place we come to learn. If you don't ask then you will never get the answers you need.

thanks to all hey matt i dont want to get into a pissing match with anyone. i only ask questions from time to time and show pictures to see if anyone had great success with something new. ive had alot of great success here from alot of great guys.

Ask away.... we all do....... I honestly just didn't think you were serious. That's what 100% of concrete looks like here in Florida. They all get mold and dirt. All concrete needs to be cleaned annually at least to maintain a neat and clean appearance. Those that are neglected end up looking like that pic over time.
