Hey guys, thought I had posted about our box truck build here at PWI but seems I didn't so let me rectify that mistake.

A year or so ago I started this project, and now about 95% complete.

Specs...2006 E-350 Ford (Of Course) duel wheel 12' box truck....(2) 8 gpm 3500 psi Pressure Pro washers....Titan electric hose reels, Titan supply reels... 300 gal "Doorway" buffer tank...3-way ball valve downstream set up, turn valve one way for soap, other way water flush.......12 gal fuel cells.......35 gal chem tanks....200' pressure hoses....150' mean green fill hose..........Roof Rig will be installed later

Now a few tips.........#1....Don't Over Think It, but do it right the first time.......#2... Make sure you're comfortable with the money you're about to spend to build one & the time it takes to build it......#3...Stainless & Aluminum won't rust, use them at all cost....#4....Make sure you waterproof the bed, we went with Rhino Lining but there are other options....#5....When in doubt, call someone more knowledgeable and ask their opinion or help.

I should have posted about the side doors on this thread. I read the other one first. And I've been meaning to ask!
Wow she looks good!

Yep, wanted to set it up so you don't have to go inside the box for anything. Open the doors, fire it up and start washing.

Great looking set-up

what exactly is that "12 gallon fuel cell"?
sorry, probably a noob question

'nother question... what's a boat tank? lol
is that an upgraded gas tank for your machines?
I'm running 13hp machines so I haven't had to deal with the gas guzzlers yet.
although, I had a direct drive machine with a predator engine that lasted 1 hour per refill, while my belt drive honda engine machine gets about 3 hours per refill, both tanks same size

Great looking truck Guy.

Are you putting the gas fill hose through the side doors to fill the tanks or through the roll up door?

That's sweet Guy very nice and clean set up.The fold out rv panels is a great idea. You don't realize how much the little things add up when mounting equipment etc in a box truck. Its a one an done though will last a long time very well done.

Man I love those side doors Guy. Whoever did the wrap really got into to the detail. You can see the image on the hinges.

Predator tank is 1 gallon. Honda is 1.8 gallons. Can't imagine why you would build an engine with a 1 gallon tank!

Thanks Hal.....I got a bunch of ideas from William.
