Football Stadiums

I'm going next week to bid on my first football stadium. It's a good size stadium at a local high school. This time of year should be good for that kind of work. I will post pictures after I take them. Before I go, what do you guys look for when quoting that kind of work? Would you just recommend going with the usual flatwork rates per sq ft? Anything I should ask about while I'm there?

Thanks for any info!!!

How many seats? Electrical runs? Drainage? Expectations? Water access?

There are two points of water close by so both of our rigs will be supplied. There are drains down front so thats not a problem and no electrical issues. I am attaching so photos below. Scope of work is as follows:

Flatwork - 5918
13 Steps on Visitor side (not shown in photos)
Bleachers are 192 feet long, have 18 rows in each and there are 6 sections

I have no idea why the pictures posted upside down, but apparently they did. Sorry about that.

It would take me about 4 or 5 hours to do that. Pretreat, wash and walk.

Scott, with one person? I was thinking it would around that with two rigs going. My only concern is the smallest surface cleaner I have is 18". I'm hoping it won't be a problem getting it behind the seats.

I know what you mean, Doug. This hasn't been done in 10 years so I'm hoping it won't have to be done twice to get all the grime out.
