Yeah, they are "heads" allright. hahahahaha

And exactly why our Industry is not taken seriously. This has probably set us back another 10 years.

No high 5's here guys.........Sad is all I can say.

Once upon a time...I was vilified by most of the people that now run the UAMCC, especially you Guy....for almost the same points and same people.

From my perspective...it's even sadder than you think. Think of all the people, all the bridges burned, all the personal destruction that occurred before the "pivot". Are the former enemy casualties now classified as victims of "friendly fire"?

The lesson here, which I'm quite sure is and will be missed by those doing the shooting....is...the opinion (person) you smack down today, might be your position tomorrow. Disagreement and discussion should be encouraged and not squashed simply because it's not the official party line. The hive mentality, the Borg approach by the Org's and the leadership is a huge turnoff....not to mention the constant drama.

IMHO...both Org's have dirty hands in setting this industry back...this isn't a "Robert vs The Industry" issue, it's a "Our Robert vs their Robert"....in other words, simple politics, power & control.

Believe it or not Barry I (for the most part) some what agree with what you're saying. Personally I have never "Toed" the party line, nor do I think most others do.

Our Industry Organizations and our Industry (Again, for the most part) is in it's infancy in the eyes of the public. Mistakes will be made, it's what we learn from those mistakes that will make us stronger.

There will never be a "Perfect" Industry Organization.....but sometimes the choice comes down to the lesser of two evils.....figuratively not literally.

At some point our Industry Organizations will have to find common ground for the sake of their Members.....but more importantly for the sake of the Industry as a whole.

Just Saying.........

It's a sad day for sure, maybe it will never stop.

Only way is if people stop acting like sheep, get your opinion an support.

If this is your industry an interest serves you because you have to protect your livelihood then it matters. Only smart people care about there future , others mask industry efforts behind that favorite word drama.

Tell the business owners in Houston who lost 1000's it's all drama.

Again until it happens to you Barry you don't get it.

It's not sides or politics for us it's about providing for our family's, don't worry if you are still washing will still be there for you regardless of your thoughts opinion or accusations.

Have a great day , glad your still around.

My wife started a Creative Dog Grooming org. A "friend" was one of the 3 founding members. This "friend" claimed to have breast cancer. My wife reached out to all the groomers and started a charity. The "friend" took the money, hired an attorney, and took over the org.

My wife started another org. The original being lead by "friend" has spent the last 3 years raising chaos and dividing groomers on issues of safety regarding hair dies and the like. The lengths this "friend" goes to in order to undermine, and lie and slander, are amazing.

At first, we were worried because some people believed it. Now, as it keeps unfolding, this "friend" just adds nails to her coffin and has been banned from dog shows world wide. Her or now only has about 15 members compared to the thousands previously.

I've been through the org battles. Although I'm not part of any org, I am not a fan of pwna. If they want to lie, cheat, slander, swindle, it doesn't matter. The level heads will prevail. I like what I see on this board and with the UAMCC. Just keep fighting the good fight with class and integrity, and continue educating the public. I think the Titanic will eventually sink itself.

Good work folks!

Any new news on the "investigation of the lies and mis-information" or lack of "investigation of the lies and mis-information" ?

I thought we were finally going to be closer to working together on this for the betterment of the industry. When we first found out about this the UAMCC bod and executive board had multiple emergency meetings about it to act quickly and shore up any damage.

It has been a month and a half now since Ty asked me to send the reasons we (contractors on the boards) rejected Robert Hinderliter's BMPs.

Three email contacts later to Ty and the PWNA president including links to our 2011discussions here and there has been zero response back except for a thank you and a promise to get back to me a month and a half ago.

Tony, I know we all would of liked to see the PWNA get in front of this and taken a real Leadership role in correcting the damage that was done to our Industry in this situation....but as usual the PWNA acts by not acting, leads by not leading.

I think their stance was revealed by a members post on another board......to continue their course of action without announcing or making public what they're doing.

Personally I don't expect anything from them.
