I know many of you despise cold calling for commercial accounts... but logically, who does it make sense to call first?
The property management companies? Or the Apartments/Parking Garages themselves?
And what are some of the questions you ask them when you get them on the phone?
I know property management companies all have (the words that get them to trigger) "Hot" words (Depending on the niche you target)... What works best for you?
