Im not a fan of doing decks, but will do if the price is right...

Most clients dont realize the labor and material that go into them.

Educating them is important

Wow! What a difference! Nice job! I bet the home owner couldn't believe it was the same deck.

Yes- he was impressed

One of the worst conditioned decks ive come across- over 20 years old without a coating

We did good on this job

Thats amazing you should check onto using TWP i did a bit of research on it an it gets some very high reviews.used it on my deck that we had rebuilt very nice.

There were 2 decks 1-8X10 with the rail (pictured) and another one 8X12 without a rail

Total was around 2 hrs to strip/ 1hr to re coat - total 3hrs

TWP (total wood protection) is very good stuff. I used to use it when was doing decks. Cabot, Wolmans, Ready Seal, are all good.
