You know, I've thought about trying an A/B Variation test with Google Adwords like that..
But it also might make sense for people who don't want to make a phone call or fill out a larger version of a contact form, that they just leave their email & phone number RIGHT ON THE SPOT so you can contact them immediately.
Doesn't make much sense for it to go to your website, in my opinion.

I think landing pages are a great tool for marketing if you have a way to gain traffic to it. I don't see landing pages out-ranking full websites very often because there is only 1 page and search engines like depth.
But there is a time and place for them. Good work! Keep trying as much web stuff as you can and when you find something that works duplicate it over and over again. That is what I have done and worked for me.
