Who is using a WFP for roof cleaning?

I have a roof/house wash on Friday and was thinking about rigging up my wfp to clean from the ground. Anyone here use a wfp or pole system? From looking at the pics I'm not sure if I want to walk it or not.

It will go a lot faster shooting from ladders at the gutter line. Using a pole is time consuming, requires two people for the pole, and IMO just a PITA. I am sure there are applications where a pole would be helpful but I haven't run across one yet.

That is a very easy roof to shoot and even to walk and shoot. Get up on the garage side walk to the front and shoot the whole roof front and back. Person below wetting .

I second that.

On a rare occasion the pole can come in handy. Maybe a steep roof with odd angled dormers. Or a nasty ground pitch making the ladder unsafe. You dont need to spend money on a fancy gadget. We rigged a field version of a 3/8' line, hooked to a 3/8" nipple and 3/8"qc. Then gorilla taped it to the head. That's right peplos, are equipment is ducked taped together. We only used it 2 or 3 times but thank god we had it when we did. Our home made gadget cost under $50 and works no different than anything else Ive seen.

All it's gotta do is work.

Here is a video of us using one of our SoftWash Systems Water Fed Pole Guns on a steeply pitched church roof.

Also we have a completely assembled kit for these that can be purchased at any of our SoftWash Systems Distributors.
