Yeah that was for a carb for my honda engine. It was like seven weeks for a $25 item(from china, check delivery date carefully!). Ordered it from another vendor and had it in less than a week.
Any issues or problems you are pretty much on your own with a pump off ebay. Where as a vendor on this site will probably find a way to help you out if you order from them. I understand it's not a high value item, just pointing out the difference between ebay and a known vendor.

I got a 1/2" Yamaha kynar pump for $289 with free shipping from eBay, and it is working fine so far. I guess it is a roll of the dice as far as customer service goes through.
