Need Gutter Critter Feedback and help

I liked the idea when it was brought out. Is there any way to make it a triangle shape giving you 3 sides to rotate. At @ six inches per side and about four to six foot long a triangle shape would conform easier around areas less surface area to stretch and pull around. The sloping front faces would give more surface area to filter also and triangles are much harder to tip over due to a wider base. Square shapes are hard to conform round conforms well but the base is not wide enough to seal well. Just a thought something I would buy and like to see a triangle boom a plus is they fit together well for storage also.

This is going to take a bit to get going. The media is amazing, but it carries with it an astronomical price. We are in talks with the manufacturer of the media to figure out our most economical options

I was the lucky winner of a gutter critter at the Uamcc event in Vegas a few weeks back.
Fayth I am so happy with your product I would like a few more.
I've got a busy day tomorrow but Sunday would work for me to place an order. Please let me know the best way to order?
I would also like to start a pay it forward with the gutter critter. The next guy that posts he wants one I will pay for it. Just please pass it on.

Fayth just got more product in and is testing different configurations. One issue with the 4ft booms is funnelling lots of water through a 4ft section. The 4ft sections work great for 6gpm or less, but if two machines are running the water tends to back up enough to want to go around the boom. So she is testing a much longer, thinner boom that gives the water more area to flow through while still keeping the same filter characteristics. This longer boom can handle 13gpm as tested with no water going over or around. It is 12 ft long and can be used as a straight boom or turned into an "S" shape to make the water go through 3 times to allow settling between them. For higher filtration.

Now that the prototype is made she has to build the production equipment to make them. Sorry for the delays. But she wants to make the most cost effective product.

The feedback is valuable. And what some of you guys have told her has been the reason for this change.

It will probably take her all weekend to get the structure in place to make these and she can start producing them next week. By then we will have the website set up for orders, but the goal is to have them go through distributors for shipping reasons. And the last thing she wants is for customers to be unsatisfied with the results like has happened before when products were put out before they were ready.

Tony, sent you a pm.

I want to use them to block water from going under Commercial slider doors or base door jambs at Strip Malls etc....

I ordered a similar product from Baxter- can Faith make these in a cylinder shape, like the body of the fish shape, but in 3-4' sticks.

Price for 10-15 of them?

Thanks

They don't block water, they let it through.

Thanks for the info Tony!

I had no idea how great these things are, way better than regular oil socks, pads or regular absorbent to say the least.
