Stubborn stain

Ok. I have done and used everything on this that I can possibly think of and am starting to realize that it is just one of those issues that can't be resolved. It is grease that was spilled out the end of the pick up hose when the vendor pumped out grease tank throughout the wall outlet. I have hit it with several types of degreasers, let it dwell long periods while keeping damp, used hot water to wash and was able to get surface residue but this shows heavy stain. What say you guys. Its a ledge and I thought it was a cement material but it may be natural stoned? The pic shows dark area under ledge but that is coincidence as the stone facade has that pattern of balk shades everywhere so that area is not from the spilled grease. Its just the black on the ledge that won't come clean.

Try eatoils.com super floor degreaser. If it's grease it will get it.
