What CRM are you using?

I'm trying to fine tune the systems in my business and I find it incredibly hard to keep up with clientele without a CRM system (Excel just isn't cutting it for me)

What do you guys do to ensure you're following up with ALL of your leads? whether they're hot or cold.

Any suggestions or tips would be fantastic!

Check out OnePage CRM... Remember with CRM apps that you need to commit to using it or a system for it to have any benefit. They can sell you on bells and whistles and all the things that CRM can do, but at the end of the day, the system is only as good as the information entered, tracked and acted upon.

Steven, that was a hell of an answer. I'll be sure to check them out and look into how any information I collect can be used beneficially in my business. What is it about that CRM that you like the most? And what features do you not like?

And yes, systems can take awhile to implement, but once it's done, it makes life e

The Customer Factor

Alright Jason, I'll look into that one... Same question for you... What is it about that CRM that you like the most? And what features do you not like?

"the system is only as good as the information entered, tracked and acted upon. " Truer words have never been written.

Customer Factor just didnt workout for us. Hopefully we will find something better to meet our needs. Biggest issue was the mobile integration/apps wernt on schedule/having the capability that we were expecting as well as the outlook integration just wasnt pulling the right data/formatting that we needed for our jobs.

It still was a great CRM just turned out to not be for us.

Jeff, take a look at onepagecrm... You can bcc with a unique email id on every email you send and it logs it against the individual contact in the system.

It is a good system.

We have just switched over to Fleetmatics WORK as an overall system for dispatch, job tracking and estimates/proposals... Not sure if it can replace onepagecrm, but am hoping that we can use it for everything as we hate jumping between calendar programs, email, CRM and files/folders all over desktop, laptop and mobile devices.

Thanks Jason we have not tried Jobber yet, Customer Factor was our first attempt at a CRM.

Steven we just tried it today at your recommendation. Still working on getting it setup to our likes but it looks like it has lots of potential. I cant imagine what its like having to jump through those multiple tools with an organization of your size, we already get headaches trying to do it with ours. I am sure its just part of the learning curve and we will create better systems and efficiencies over time. Thanks for the recommendation it looks like it should do just what we need it to!

We had a crm made just for us in 2006 and it is great but now getting a little out dated. We are looking at a new crm but some are expensive. Found M help desk and it looks good and it is cheaper. Still looking for what is best for us.
