House wash wax makes a big of a difference as adding TSP to a roof mix does. None at all.

Value is subjective however and if someone's willing to pay for it, more power to you. Up sells will fatten the bank account.
 
If you mix 2 04 3 oz. in your house wash mix (5/Gal. mix) when using a X-Jet the wax will sheet the windows and also has a drying agent in it . This will greatly make a difference on the windows. I always used it when I was washing houses.
