Scheduling Program

I still have not found the ideal program for my company. If I could take a little from this one and a little from that one and have a little custom tweak here and there and then throw in some kind of guarantee that the company will be as proactive at followup as they are at getting the sale, and still be in business in ten years then we might be on to something.

The guy from Customer Factor has tweaked his program several times for me. I admit it is difficult to change from something you have been doing for 20 years to something new. Lots of tweaking on my end but so far so good. Just looking down the road. I have finally accepted the fact that an online ( in the cloud is not so bad) QB makes you update every so many (4) years, and paying a monthly fee comes out to be about the same. Teaching an old dog new tricks is hard on the dog too.
