Spots on dumpster pad

Hey guys. I do a lot of concrete work and I'm having trouble at one location. Apparently the delivery truck and garbage truck both have oil leaks and these stains are getting worse. My base detergent does well but I'm fighting an uphill battle here. Would ebc work on these spots? If not, what else would you try?
