Shop floor cleaning

Hey everyone. I got a call today about cleaning an old automotive repair shop floor. It has a sealer on it and The owner was not sure what type of sealer it is. My only concern with cleaning it is stripping up the sealer (which they want to keep). I'm only running about 2500 psi. Is there any way around not stripping it up or are they SOL? What do you guys think?

I have seen it. It looks like it is in pretty good shape. Its one of the larger car dealerships in town so I'm sure they use quality epoxy.

Ok. I had pictured a small mechanic shop.
Epoxy is for the most part is non porous. So whatever is on top should remove. Most large dealerships will clean with an auto scrubber. Even a soap and water treatment with a mop can do wonders. Just remember if this is a large shop that floor could be tens of thousands to replace.
An epoxy floor that was not prepared properly for the coating or even moisture in the concrete could end up being a nightmare if it started coming up on you.
