First commercial cleaning

Hey guys got my first commercial cleaning and went to do a test this weekend to see if i could hit the peaks and test my mix. a lot came uop but there were still some stains and gray patches. dwell time 10 mins. i wanna get this thing shining white again and knock out this project!

what mix would you guys use to clean this and get all of that black mold off? pics shown (i think its dryvit)

Looks a ton better than before...
Maybe try another coat or 2 of chems or just a tad bit of pressure sometimes takes stubborn stuff off.
Keyword here is a tad bit of pressure... Don't wanna damage sensitive dryvit
 
Sometimes the paint or finish has worn off and you are actually seeing the bare surface.

I did a house this summer, same material. Thought my chems were not cleaning, then Doug made this same recommendation, and was spot on. Be careful...

The paint wear on aluminum flashing is insane in this area sometimes. I always make sure to tell customers that likely once I clean the black off they are going to see metal. Anyone know what is causing this or the "impossible to remove without taking the paint off" black streaks?
