what happened to make you sooooo happy? Did the guy lose his license or something, go bankrupt, move to jabip? Glad to see your happy.

Had a wonderful conversation with the insurance company about the siding. :) HAHA!

Had another wonderful conversation with the other customer - the deck customer - did I mention the deck he is trying to collect profit on twice? Well, the homeonwer has in WRITING that he already took his profit out of the money refunded to them. :) AND she is happy to share if he gets pushy.

YAHOOOOO!!!!!!! WHOOOPEEEEE!!!!

He'd be a fool to push this any further.

Now we are getting in to the years, Somebody brings it up and does not answer with a question or an answer for a problem...

My answers still holds.

I always tell my customers that some oxidation will remain on the home.

A touch of wax will do wonders to the final product....

Now we know who's resurrecting all the old polls.

I can make any and all oxidation come off a house
We ran into the problem a couple years back doin condos. We cleaned the gutters on the sunny side of the building, and it seemed that half the oxidation came off. Gutter cleaner will clean oxidation off the building, any time. But watch out for old painted doors, or shutters that are painted.
