Gutter bag source

We use Hefty garbage bags tied up onto the downspout. Used one time and then thrown out. They smell really bad after even only one use. They could be reused though.

These bags aren't thick,..but they seem tough,..maybe because they stretch?,..used them for years without issue,..but I will say,..they look like they could explode any second sometimes,Ha,Ha,..filled about half way and then change.


*Along with not using excesive product,..this is where a good spray technique is really beneficial.

Actually they are pretty strong. We only use them occasionally on steep roofs that may have a downspout(s) that dumps right into a flower bed. We actually rinse them out real good, roll em up, and use them over and over. I bought a roll last year and still have probably half the roll left.
 
Doug how do you like the 6" tubing? I bought a roll of the 6" at the beginning of the year and wish I would have went with the 8" for extra room around the gutter.

I will be going with the 8 inch too. Very tough to get the 6 inch on some of the gutters, lot of time we have to slit them to get them on.
